My belief is sustainable social development creates added value and, therefore, endures, whereas poor development does not. My vision is to contribute to sustainable social development and to develop projects that will age with dignity and be utilized by future generations
With over 10 years of professional practice, and education, in both countries, Sweden and Spain, I have handled tasks that range from the early stages, as zoning plan, to tender package, including construction procurement process, construction stage with technical and coordination responsibilities during tender process. I have led and been responsible for simple, complex and interdisciplinary projects in team form with stakeholders from public and private sector.
As a project manager and construction architect, I have a long and proven experience about Swedish regulations (e.g PBL, PBF, BBR and SIS among others) and Spanish regulations (e.g CTE, Energy efficiency and Decreto 462/1971, among others) and about all the building development system and construction stages. In addition, in privat sector I have been project managing architect of the first två raw housing projects in Sweden, challenging the housing marked from a hole new point of view. In the public sector, I have worked with special properties and to clients as Swedish Security Service.
There are two aspects that drive me in the search for new challenges, my curiosity and my interest in developing through new tasks. My curiosity for the entire construction process in Sweden has driven me to certify myself as an impartial building controller of the work execution process (Kontrollansvarig) according to PBL (Plan- och bygglag (2010:900), qualification K. Additionally, in line with my interest in professional growth, I have furthered my education in building work environment coordinator (BAS P/U), project management, leadership and real estate economics.
Currently, I am deepening my practical knowledge of sustainability aspects related to the latest EU regulations and the application of artificial intelligence in the building process, both in the project and production phases.
I´m always looking for new entrepreneurial ventures and business partners to find ways to build a better future together.
